Mediation

In pre-litigation private law disputes, we provide legal counsel and representation in mediation proceedings, with due regard to the rights and interests of the parties.

We support our clients in preparing the mediation application, assessing claims and legal risks, determining the negotiation strategy, representation at mediation sessions, and drafting settlement agreements. If an agreement cannot be reached, we provide services in planning and pursuing litigation and other legal remedies.
